It's Field Day Week!

Here is what you need to know!

• Students Grades K-2 Schedule

  • All students are TEAM EDGEWOOD! Students will be engaging in field day activities with their classes for the morning (9:25-11:30 for most students, Kindergarten may choose to end a little earlier).

• Students in Grades 3-5 Schedule

  • Will be competing in team activities for the AM (9:00-12:30), then break for lunch, then resume group activities with their class/grade from (2-3:15)

  • They have officially been assigned their field day teams - Black or Orange. Have kiddos wear colors in support of their team. They will be earning points throughout the day.

• Reminders:

  • Wear your field day shirt (feel free to decorate if you like!) and feel free to send your child in with a marker for other students to sign their shirt. If your child did not receive a field day shirt, please email us at ewptomail@gmail.com

  • Please have your child wear sneakers, light clothing, consider a hat and applying sunscreen (applied before school)

  • It will be hot - so please send your child with a labeled water bottle - we will have water stations throughout the day and a cooling tent for our younger students.

  • We are collecting non-perishable food all week (see flyer below) - collected food can be placed on your child's team table and points for collected food will be awarded!

  • We STILL need your help to make this event as fun as possible - from tent donations to set-up to helping with games on field day. Please note that volunteer clearances are required for all onsite volunteers. Please click here or go to https://evite.me/eFSqSdutpv to volunteer and or donate.

  • If you cannot volunteer, please feel free to stop by and spectate throughout the day (clearances are not required to spectate).
