Edgewood Cafe Capital Campaign Project Update: WE DID IT!

Last week we reached our $10K capital campaign goal and we are so grateful for your generosity. Our community is extremely powerful when we come together for our kids. Thank you to everyone who donated and for those of you who sought out corporate match programs for our project. We will be publishing a thank you list in a future PATW and providing you with more updates on the project as we get started! Building starts in April and we will be holding a build day for tables our families can be a part of!

While we are closing our campaign formally, we do still have table sponsorships available for anyone still interested. Please contact our PTO treasurer by clicking here for more information.

Edgewood Scare Games

THE SCARE GAMES are BACK! Families WE CHALLENGE YOU to JOIN the SCARE GAMES FUN this year!

The events have begun for many classes. Mrs. Crane and Mr. Gallo hope that your student is excited! Your child may have shared that they are on a MONSTER TEAM.  Those who have not yet will be getting their teams early this week.

This is the second edition of the Monsters University SCARE GAMES EDGEWOOD CAMPUS. The games focus on the R.O.A.R.S. principles and include games, challenges and lots of GREAT SCARE ENERGY!! Students can earn points in the special area subjects, cafe, hallway and recess at school.

We encourage you to check in with them to see how the games are going.

Now it's your turn to JOIN the SCARY FUN! Watch the Monsters University Movie with the family or Monsters Inc.   EASY as 1.2.3...

2.Take a picture of the kids watching and send it to jgallo@pennsburysd.org.  (It can be from the back if you choose.) EARN POINTS for your students team by sending their name + teacher.

3.Get up and MOVE those MONSTER PARTS with your child while doing one of our 5 minute exercise videos on the attached link.
