Please join us for our annual K and 1st Grade Buddy Breakfast Event.  This event is a time where your child and his/her "Adult buddy of choice" are invited to come eat breakfast and have some fun while getting to know the other children and adults in the kindergarten and first grade classes.

Please RSVP to let us know if you plan to attend (and how many in your party), and take a look at the volunteer opportunities if you are interested in helping out with the event. Click here for the sign-up.

Our Teachers are SOUPER! Our Annual Souper Luncheon!

Monday, November 25, 2024 (10-11am drop off)

We would like to show our appreciation to our amazing teachers by hosting our annual soup luncheon during Parent-Teacher Conferences! So get your soup pots dusted off and get to work cooking one of your family favorites to bring in for our teachers! Not a soup maker, that's okay - we need salad, bread, desserts, paper products and volunteers!

Edgewood Thanksgiving Food Drive

Donate a Turkey!

As mentioned above, each year, our wonderful nurse Mrs. Grillone arranges for turkeys for families in need. This year she is looking for 12 turkeys to help make area families' Thanksgivings easier.

If you are able to donate a turkey (this year we are not accepting vouchers), please sign up here. We will reach out to you with more details on when and where to drop off your turkey.

Volunteer Clearances. Clearances are required for all in school events. Click here to learn more. Parents who already have clearances on file, please make sure to complete the 2024-2025 Volunteer Affirmation Form. Click here.

PTO Fall Fundraiser

Our annual fundraising campaign is here!

It’s time for the Edgewood PTO Fall Fundraiser! There’s no fun run or candy sale, no wrapping paper to buy or sponsorships to secure… just a simple request to help support our school community with a one-time donation.

All fundraising dollars go directly to our school community and support the following:

  • Events (Back to School Picnic, Trunk or Treat, Skate Night, School Dance, Buddy Breakfasts)

  • Teacher, Student and Family Community Support (Classroom expenses, class trip support, assemblies, landscaping, Sunshine Fund, Art & Literacy Fair, Field Day, Cub clubs)

  • Appreciation (Back to school Luncheon, Specialty Appreciation, Welcome Back and End of Year Luncheons, Teacher/Staff gifts)

  • Special school events (Book Fair, Holiday shop, new family picnic)

  • Capital Projects (Edgewood Café, Kayden’s Garden, Reading Room)

Envelopes went home or you can donate online by clicking here.

Additionally, we are a registered 501(c)(3). If you are interested in utilizing your company’s matching gift program and you would like to use Edgewood’s PTO as a recipient, please contact us by emailing us here.
